It's an annual offering whose sole purpose is reaching new souls via new church plants

 The original idea came from Reverend Jack Yonts, a church planter in Wisconsin, who with his family conceived the idea of giving their biggest gift to Jesus

That first year in the mid 1960s that little church plant gave $1000, that would be equal to $10,000 today

Out of the money we raise within our district 40% stays here to help fund North American Missions projects, events, special needs and training

The remaining 60% gets sent out to fund New Church plants and to fund the General North American Missions Department, which provides training and resources to NAM MIssionaries
